Overview
Mikwon Dev LLC ("we", "us") operates Capsule, a group photo-sharing app for events, trips, and outings. This policy explains what information Capsule collects and how we use it.
Information We Collect
We collect photos you choose to upload to a capsule, and your email address and name to create an account and join capsules. We do not sell your personal information.
How We Use Your Information
We use your photos to share them with other members of the same capsule in near real time. We use your account information to authenticate you, manage capsule membership, and provide support.
Who Can See Your Photos
Photos you upload to a capsule are visible only to members of that capsule. Capsules are not public and are not searchable. People outside a capsule cannot view its photos.
Photo Metadata
We do not use photo content for advertising. Location metadata embedded in photos (EXIF) is not extracted or displayed to other members. Photos are stored on secure hosting infrastructure solely to deliver the Capsule service.
Third-Party Services
Capsule does not integrate third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.
Your Rights
You can delete photos you uploaded, leave a capsule, or request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing contact@microndev.com. We may update this policy from time to time; the "Last updated" date above reflects any changes.
